Strange error while editing my profile

I was trying to make an edit on my profile and got this message...

1. You are a well-known spammer.
2. Last time a well-known spammer was using the dynamic IP address which you got from your ISP (Internet Service Provider), your e-mail address or the username you have choosen.
3. Your ISP is well-known for a lot of spamming customers and is not fighting against spammers enough.

First of all this is not my ip but it's kind of scary to see this. I just wanted to let ESC site admins know what happened. I will try again and see if I can get the edit profile to work. I was simply trying to add "USA" on the about me page and when I submitted the change I got this message.

I dont think it means anything as it is not your ip.
