This is how I reckon Lager gets so much work done:
Nah for real Lager, I don't know how in gods name you balance this many jobs at one time. But don't ever think your work goes unseen or unappretiated brother! Thanks for all the hard work!

But seriously folks, if it wasn't for Lager, where the heck would we be every night?
Certainly not at this great place with all these great people.
I would probably be... god forbid... watching TV... (shudder)!
We can't thank you enough Lager!
Oh, and one more thing people...
Be happy for what we have.
If something goes wrong, try to have patience and don't start grumbling immediately.
