Yeah if it happens it most likely won't have mod support or be a console only thing

Lol youtube is going crazy with cod4 remastered vids. But: 80 dollars? Wow
I also do not think there will be custom maps, mod suppprt or dedicated servers. Thats a thing from the past, sad enough

It's already happening, however it's part of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Amazon leaked this a week ago. So you have to buy Infinite Warfare in order to get a few remade maps from Modern Warfare (which they do anyways). And like Vampie said, I highly doubt it would allow for dedicated servers and customization.
