cod 4 sniper map error

when i was playing on the new snipermod,i got an error while loading
mp_pst_Devilslair
this is the error:

got no idea what it means or what i should do to get it work
(i don't now nothing about computers

Never heard of this one before. I Goggled it and seems to be a common occurrence. All the posts that I read point to reinstalling the game, which is I know a pain in the A**. I personally would not do that just for one map, but if it gets worse and starts affecting normal maps then I would reinstall.

i've done it allready yesterday because i got crap sound while i was playing
it took a while before i could play again
all my favorite servers gone
if there is no other choice i must do that
but then tommorow
