Disable Music

So I'm wondering how I can turn the music off on COD4 while playing mulit-player...its quite loud and overpowering. I also cant hear the KA-BOOM! Any suggestions? Thanks....

In your game menu then options then sound you should be able to turn in game music down

To permanently disable all the music but leave all other sounds alone go into your c:\program files\activision\Call of duty 4-modern warfare folder and find the folder named miles. Once found just rename it to something like miles1 or dismiles then no more music. There ya go.

i always wondered what the hell that was for,,I deleted it once because I thought my MIles(Worms) put it there,,hahahaha
