Just don't get it

have downloaded maps in last week or so and am having to constantly download them again.They look to be the same ? but still have to re download ?

driving me crazy and must be drivings others away

This can sometimes be caused by a player profile becoming a tad corrupted.

You could try creating a new profile and playing under that one on the COD4 FT server to test if the issue rectifies or not
