Elite Sniper Corps

I need help with my Unreal Tournament 2004 issue where it will completely freeze the system, I have tried the install. uninstall, etc.
I'm running Windows 7 intel i5 3.2 64 bit. Any ideals? I need to get this fixed so that I have somewhere else to shoot PIMP!

Do you have an old copy? Then you may need the latest Patch v3369.
