yeah they say thousands of websites will go black today..... thats only about .0001 % of all the websites.... probably wont even notice it. Its the WORLD wide web not the USA web. They cant stop it and they cant police it any better then they already are .....the US just dont have the resources to do that....it would cost more money than is available.
