This is odd. In the contrary of UT, the maps normally goes to your ''usermaps'' folder, and are not deleted. But sometimes, the maps slighly differs from one server to another, while having the same name, making you download them each times you have the other versions. When in your explorer, you can...

What OS is he running ? Has he a full administrator or classic account ?
