LEts hope its never passed. There is a top 1% of powerholders who seek to control every single commodity used and consumed by humans from food, water, oil, medicine, transportation, money, to anything people become accustomed to like the internet. IMO the internet is the last free threshold of worldwide human interaction without oppression (for the most part). Look at China, they already censor the internet and media, otherwise the Chinese people might learn how free the rest of the world is and overthrow the government. There are rich people who's goals are to regulate the arteries of all of civilization. These people will stop at nothing to control anything popular, lucrative, or required of human life.
