looking for ideas for a COD4 Freezetag tourney ... what say you ???

Not sure if it was Bas' idea but you could teams of 4 or whatever and make a bracket tournament.

Always thought that - for a tournament - it would be better to have a continuous countdown of maybe 20-30 minutes (with half time / side switching) for 7 rounds rather than having 6 or so minutes per each round - that way teams can pace themselves according to the match, some matches may go the full 4-3, some may only go 2 rounds, both being decided by sudden death. Which with the continuous countdown I believe it would help with scheduling a LOT

As for brackets, it all depends on how many teams, but splitting them up into different brackets (at least 3 per bracket) is always nice. having the same maps each week for every team is also nice so teams can practice with other teams NOT in their bracket to talk about strategies as both an opponent and a friend.
