Link the the english application doesn't work I get this message when I visit it

I know usually with the application.php the direct link to the file doesn't work, its gotta be a portable forum link like the one for German, French, & Dutch. So I just went to that page copied the application in that Dutch Language, and went to google translate for Dutch to English. If you guys are ok with it, I can post it here so new applicants can find it easier. I am not one to do something without granted permission, especially on a clan I have not applied for.
