how do i fix a cvarr loadscale =2 error

Hi guys. i keep getting kicked by pb for this cvarr loadscale error .I was on ts  and they tried explaining it to me but im not sure how to fix it or even what the heck it means .any help would be gratefull.

Your graphics settings are set too low.

Im not sure wich one it is , one of the three closest to the bottom.
Answer should be on google somewhere too

Type "/seta r_lodscalerigid 1" (without the quotations) in your console.  the "seta" makes it more permanent and edits your config_mp file which is where you want it to be set.   If the server doesn't let you access the console (~) try to do it before coming into the server.
