You could always buy a legit copy? 34.65 BAM on Steam. The problem is, the CD key you're using is being used by other people who could be hacking and caught by Punkbuster.

I was able to play Friday no issues. Still not sure how my ip could change could wifi have anything to do with it .I use desktop but have wifi capabilities.lol modern technology can be confussing.

Angela open command prompt then type ipconfig/release followed by ipconfig/renew( you can open command prompt by pressing windows button and typing command prompt in the search bar). If all else fails reset your router , there is usually a pin hole on the back side by the power plug. Stick a needle preferrebly something plastic in the hole, you will feel the reset button click, wait for your lights to blink and reboot.
There has been weird connectivity issues lately so it may not be on your end
