having a little problem joining Team speak

I gt this message with teamspeak info but having a lil trouble joining it. will greatly appreciate any advice and info about teamspeak and if its about pushing the y button in ut3 whilst playing i may jus die to humilitation. :doh:

If you are using XP, you can also try to download TeamSpeak Overlay, very handy to see who is talking while you play...
