that happend to me when the server kick me and i try to get in again i have to turn off pc and then i can come back sir

it happens to me everytime I join the server but goes away after like 3 seconds and then loads the map. do not know why it only happens on our server. hasnt made me angry yet so I am ignoring it for the time being!
