Server Test: Day Cycle

Due to multiple request I've setup a test server with day cycle turned on. This mod is the same as SVR1 ftag but with the day cycle turned on.

What is day cycle? 

Day Cycle: You will rotate thru the cycle of a day. Dawn, Day, Dusk, Night.

When you finish a map on a certain cycle. You will start the new map on that same cycle. EX: You finish your last map on the night cycle. Your next map will start on the night cycle.

You can customize each day cycle and you can turn certain ones off as well. 

EDIT: I went ahead and turned the night cycle off for now. We will test with Dawn, Day, and Dusk.
